Was doing another search today and found another great Free downloadable diabetic log book. This one is from Abbott Diabetes Care.This log book is a weekly log, so it should be printed out each week. The thing I like the most about it, is that is has helpful instructions on how to effectively fill it out. This is helpful for anyone starting out. Just wanted to quickly share that with everyone!
